Merry Christmas!

We hope you are enjoying the Christmas Season with family and friends. This year has certainly shown us what is important in life.

Here in Liberia, it has been a busy year. We had a lockdown for about 6 weeks in the spring, which slowed the ministry down during that time. However, our covid numbers are still under 2000, so things have gone back to normal for the most part.

We started building the Guest House last January and then suspended building during the Rainy season. The Dry season began around the middle of November and we have been pushing forward with the project. Our foreman says the first floor should be done by the end of January! This is good news as we already have reservations for 2 missionary women the beginning of February!!

The radio program is now reaching into the capital city of Monrovia, which has roughly 1 million residents. We are reaching 4 counties, through 5 radio stations with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In the morning, Caleb, Pastor Dennis and Pastor Kollie do teaching and take calls in from the listeners. We have seen many lives changed through the program. In the evening, I go on the radio and read the Bible with no comments. The literacy rate in Liberia is 48.30% due to poverty, 14 year civil war and Ebola. Many people do not own a Bible or are even able to read. There has been a lot of positive feedback from listeners that are able to hear the Word of God.

We have also held a number of pastor’s conferences to encourage and teach leaders of churches. We Baptized 17 people in September.

Thank-you for your prayer support and financial partnership during the past years!

Have a Blessed, Healthy and Joyous 2021!!

Caleb and Monika Sannoh
